- What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?We're sorry — that shouldn't happen, and we'll put it right. The quickest way to sort it is to open your order and choose Report a problem.
- How do I make a return?Returns Policy Our returns policy lasts 14 days — If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- How long do I have to return an item?You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- How long does it take to get my refund?Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 working days from our side.
