- How do I track my order?You can see every order you've placed, and track any parcel that's on its way, in your account here on the Help Centre.
- My order was marked delivered but it’s not here!If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.
- How much does shipping cost?We offer multiple methods of shipping from £4.99 to absolutely free. The cost of shipping depends on the value of your basket, and the delivery method you choose.
- Do you deliver internationally?Yes! PoundFun delivers to many international destinations (over 65 countries!). At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options and prices based on your location.
- What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?You can track your parcel with our courier partner with the link in your order confirmation email. Within this link you can set a designated safe place for your parcel.
