- How does the PoundFun Surprise Box work?It’s a curated mystery box packed with a mix of toys chosen by our team for great value and variety.
- Can I choose which toys go into my Surprise Box?Not individually. The fun is in the surprise! If a theme or age range option is shown, select it and we’ll curate accordingly.
- What happens if a bundle item is out of stock?Our team work tirelessly to keep all Surprise Boxes live, however due to stock limitations, sometimes our boxes may drop out of stock for a short period.
- Do you restock sold-out toys or bundles?Often, yes — but some lines are limited-run. If something you love is sold out, hit “Notify me when back in stock” on the product page and we’ll email you as soon as it returns.
- Can I buy PoundFun toys individually instead of in a bundle?For most items, yes — shop the individual product pages. Some deals (e.g., exclusive multipacks) are bundle-only.
- Do you offer different Surprise Boxes for boys, girls, or mixed?We focus on themes and age ranges (e.g., crafts, puzzles, sensory, mixed) so you can choose what fits best.
